ATHENIAN YACHTS ENTERPRISES S.A was set up in 1980, its aim being to import, sell and manage leisure craft from all the French shipyards, namely Jeanneau, Gib-Sea, Benetau and Express Dynamic.
1. SALES
Since its foundation, ATHENIAN YACHTS has been the only company to grant the Purchaser yacht ownership on delivery of the vessel, as well as securing the most advantageous terms for financing.
In 1988,ATHENIAN was appointed sole representative for Greece and Cyprus by the French shipyard JEANNEAU, which today is responsible for 40% of the global production of both sailboats and motor yachts.
2. CHARTERS
ATHENIAN YACHTS has the exclusive management of a fleet of 220 yachts, comprising sailboats, catamarans and motor yachts.
It is the leading company in Greece for high-quality charters, working in partnership with rigorously selected agents from abroad.
3. AFTER SALES SERVICE & SPARE PARTS
ATHENIAN YACHTS leads the field throughout the Mediterranean in the provision of after-sales service and the immediate delivery of spare parts.
4. YACHT MANAGEMENT
ATHENIAN YACHTS was the first company to apply the term “Stress-free Ownership”. Not only does the company sell and charter yachts, it also undertakes their complete and exclusive management on behalf of the Owner.
5. COLLABORATING BANKS & FINANCING
In 1993, in collaboration with a Greek bank, ATHENIAN YACHTS became the first yachting company to arrange a Professional-Tourist boat financing package directly with the owner, and at business interest rates. To date, loans awarded to purchasers, with Athenian Yachts as either principal-debtor or self-debtor, total in excess of 40,000,000 euros. The loans are secured under excellent terms of transaction and credit.
6. USED YACHT SALES
Thanks to a maintenance programme that meets the highest standards, ATHENIAN YACHTS is in a position to successfully place its owners’ yachts on the international market for used yachts, providing them with a one-year guarantee of quality.
Finally, since its foundation, neither ATHENIAN YACHTS nor its shareholders have ever been involved into any kind of legal dispute with any dealer at home or abroad.
